Storm understands English better than I understand dog
That’s all I have to say on the issue, you can work out why he’s holding a mini chip basket yourself.

A Dog Called Storm 
I’ll chip in a dollar or two. Or I guess that Storm is not yet understanding the benefits from embracing the Iron Age, though he seems to like the stainless steel technology. But I think that he is still a little bit ahead of his evolution by skipping discovering the uses of fire.
However, I will never like to let my Rottweiler learn how to make a fire.

He has suggested it once or twice but after a family discussion we agreed it wouldn’t be a good idea.

Is it a hint he wants a bowl of chips??? or is he saving you all from becoming fat by taking away the chip basket?? But either way he is still cute
